La Rulles brewery currently produces approximately 4,000 hectolitres per year, with premium quality ingredients and a unique brewing process in open fermentation tanks.

Marcel, he is way more than just the brewery’s mascot.
He's the good friend you go fishing with, bare feet in the river on a sunny afternoon (and with some cold bottles of Estivale on hand).
He's the good ol’ grandfather from our area (La Gaume), a little grumpy but who cannot refuse anything to his grandchildren (and definitely not a small glass of Cuvée XVII during a family party).
He's a gentleman farmer, strong and solid as a rock in his youth, still in pretty good shape these days even if he put a little on weight (he can’t resist a delicious pâté gaumais along with a Brune).
Marcel, he is what we all aspire to : a real man enjoying life and simple pleasures, a good glass of Blonde in hand.
All our beers are brewed with these ingredients only : water (coming from the Forêt de Rulles - Natura 2000 preserved area), barley and wheat malt, hops, yeast, sugar. No spice at all.

Visits (in English) of the brewery are possible upon appointment. 7€ per person (with a minimum of 70€ - free for children under 16). Price includes a complete tour of the brewery and a tasting of our beers. Duration : about 1:30.

Administrator - Brewer
Brewery founder in 2000, master brewer creating all our recipes. General management and head of quality/taste.
Jeanlou works at the brewery since 2004. His specialty : the energetic removing of grains.
Kevin works at La Rulles since 2009. Always quiet whatever happens, he's a force of Nature.
Simon joined the team of La Rulles in 2015, a few years after a internship. It's our expert in measure of densities.
Quentin has just finished an internship of 2 years in production at the brewery and now is a full-time employee.
